Proceeds benefit the Brooklyn United Methodist Health Services Foundation, a not-for-profit organization. In order to meet printing deadlines, all advertising copy must be received by Wednesday, October 16. Hardcopy can be mailed or FAXed to (718)235-5024 to the attention of Frank Colon. Page Size of Journal is 5½ x 8½”; maximum full page print size is 4½ x 7½”. Line art can be submitted by mail or in digital form as an attachment to e-mail. You may also submit copy in the body of an E-Mail. A copy of the Souvenir Journal will be given to each guest at the Dinner Dance and one will be sent by mail after the event to each advertiser.

We estimate the fair market value of each dinner to be $62 with includes beer, wine and soda throughout the evening; that amount is not tax deductible. The $138 difference on an individual dinner ticket, all Journal placements and other donations are tax deductible contributions.
