Brooklyn United Methodist Church Home is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, providing 24-hour skilled care, including the ability to treat complex medical care – subacute for medically complex residents, short term rehabilitation stays, hospice care and long term care.

AND . . . .

A medical model adult day health care program for registrants living in the community.  An array of healthcare services are provided – physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical and nursing care, therapeutic recreation, a Pain Management Support Group and many more.

Our caring and capable team of professionals strives everyday to provide our residents and registrants with the highest possible quality care and services, while still preserving their dignity and self-esteem.
